Yeoman Rainguard graces restored development

Berkeley Homes (Southern) Ltd chose market leading rainwater products from Yeoman Rainguard to put the finishing touches to the beautifully restored Grade ll listed All Saints building in Eastbourne.   Originally Originally built as a convalescence hospital in 1869, All Saints has undergone a programme of restoration to create a number of refurbished homes within the historic building. Berkeley Homes worked with an array of craftsmen and the highest quality materials, including Yeoman Rainguard, in order to retain the historic architecture.

Yeoman Rainguard has over 30 years experience and with a choice of four materials (GRP, Aluminium, Cast Iron and Copper) is able to provide a suitable system to meet most requirements.

Yeoman Rainguard black textured XL Aluminium products including 125 x 100mm MOG gutters, 75 x 75mm pipes and Plain hoppers were ideal for the development. Special bespoke Hoppers were also custom made to match original hoppers from the building.

A representative from Berkeley Homes said: "We have used Yeoman Rainguard on a number of our sites and have been pleased with their products and service."
