Yeoman Rainguard fits the bill for multimillion pound homes

When businessman, David Rose, was looking for quality rainwater goods for the multi million pound houses he built in the stockbroker belt of Manchester, he turned to Yeoman Rainguard, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of rainwater systems.

A chartered surveyor by profession, David always harboured an ambition to build his dream property and in 2001 he took the decision to demolish his family home of 15 years and build a new one on the site that would live up to his discerning standards.

Project managing the development every step of the way, David explained: "Having spent so much time and effort getting the house to the standard I had strived to achieve, I was certainly not going to settle for flimsy, inferior rainwater goods. I spent a lot of time researching the marketplace for quality products to complement the build. The Yeoman Rainguard GRP range certainly 'fitted the bill' providing strong durable products which were through coloured and almost indistinguishable from Cast Iron, but needing little or no maintenance."

Following an on-site visit by Yeoman Rainguard representative, Mark Taras, Yeoman GRP gutters, pipes and hoppers in a stunning green colour were fitted.

Building his dream home whetted David's appetite to undertake further development work and, when the opportunity came along to purchase the house next door and repeat the process, he jumped at the opportunity.

David again specified Yeoman Rainguard GRP, this time in a striking red colour, which provided a perfect foil for the impressive brick built 6,100 sq foot house. He added: "Yeoman Rainguard certainly provided us with the essential character and finishing touch we wanted to achieve for both properties."
