Products & Ordering

You can purchase our products directly from our website, choose your products and colours, add to basket and checkout. If you have any further questions about the ordering process, simply call us on 0113 279 5854.

Black is the most common colour chosen but our colour matching service enables us to supply in a colour of your choice from a RAL, Dulux, Little Greene or Farrow & Ball option. Learn more about our colour matching service by clicking here.

There are a number of things we can do here:

If you know the main bulk of the order, but are unsure on fixings and accessories, simply call us any time to ask for advice and we will be happy to help. Call us on 0113 2795854.

If you are completely unsure, that’s also not a problem. We can offer a free site survey of your project or, if you provide us with architect drawings, we can do a take-off to provide you with an itemised quotation.

Our XL and SL ranges are held in stock in the standard RAL Black Textured finish, however, you can order in any colour you wish to do so, simply configure the product in the product page and the price, along with the lead time will be shown to you.

Yes we do, you can filter our aluminium products by colour, or just choose the ‘Mill Finish’ on the product page.

Yes absolutely! Once exposed to the elements, the aluminium will slowly oxidize to a dull grey colour. The oxidization will protect the aluminium from any further weathering.

Our products undergo a four part pre treatment process prior to powder coating followed by a two stage inspection prior to the goods being despatched. We have random sampling of production which then undergoes a rigorous salt water testing process. Cut ends should always be touched up using the touch up that you can purchase.

These tests indicate an anticipated life span before refinishing of 25 years plus for inland locations and approximately 15 years in coastal environments.

Whilst we cannot insist that our own brand silicone is used we can advise that comprehensive testing has taken place using Yeoman Sealant to ensure the best adhesion/water tightness available.

All our GRP products are through coloured using the finest materials available. GRP Colours are very UV stable and, as such, will not fade in sunlight like some uPVC products. This stability gives the product a life of 25 years before re painting is necessary. This may be reduced in coastal environments.

Yes you can. GRP guttering is perfect for radius gutters as we can make moulds so suit any radius. These are usually supplied in 1.0m lengths, they wouldn’t be able to order directly from our site, but we can do them on request so feel free to contact us.

Installation, Delivery & Returns

All our products come with comprehensive step by step fixing instructions. Our team is also on hand to offer advice and support on installation queries. Learn more about installation by clicking here.

We have our own installation team along with approved installers around the UK. When you purchase our products from our website, it is assumed that you will be installing yourself, however if you wish for us to install – you can contact us directly prior or post purchase and we can quote you on this.

You certainly can. Our samples are provided free of charge, samples are not available in all products, but the ones that do have samples available you will see the notice on the product page. You can request the samples by contacting us.

All lead times are specified on the products, as standard we look at 7-10 days, however, some stock items may be dispatched earlier and products that require more manufacturing will be dispatched later. 

The lead times are specific on each and every product. If your order contains products with different lead times, they will arrive on the longest one.

You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched. Depending not the size of the order, it will either be delivered by one of our own fleet of vehicles, or through one of our chosen couriers.

We are unable to accept returns on bespoke products. If the item is faulty, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. 

Standard items from stock can be returned for a valid reason, but will be subject to a restocking charge. This will be discussed during your return enquiry.

Collection of products is usually available within 7 days. However, you will receive your order confirmation email and when your order is ready we will email & call you to confirm that it is available to collect.
